1) ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Zucchinixpress uses Farmigo, a web-based software program to help manage the financial interactions between our subscribers and our service. We accept Check, VISA, MASTERCARD, and Pay Pal.
Neither Zucchinixpress nor Farmigo store or receive any financial data about you, rather we store a “token” with your member ID. At midnight on the day that you are scheduled to have received your CSA box, Farmigo sends this token plus the amount that is due to Authorize.net and then your account is charged.
2) CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have enrolled as a subscriber and have accepted the terms of automatic recurring billing to your account, you may cancel your subscription at any time up until, four days prior to your next scheduled pick-up. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will assess a reimbursement fee of $8 for any reimbursements we need to make as we are charged by our various payment processors unless you paid by paper check.
Your complete satisfaction is vital to the success of our CSA. We are happy to replace any item that does not meet your standards. We may also offer you a refund for any of the produce in question.
Zucchinixpress will be communicating with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment made or to remind you of a scheduled pick-up as well as other communications in regards to your CSA subscription.

7) PICK-UP PROTOCOL
If you are picking up your harvest box from a pick-up site, please read the information below. Understanding and following these instructions is very important to the successful operation of Zucchinixpress!
1) Remember to pick up box!
a) You should receive a reminder via email, but it is ultimately your responsibility to pick up your share on the correct day and during the allotted pick-up time.
b) If you forget, we will donate your box to the Soup Kitchen in Costa Mesa or school lunch program. We cannot replace, refund or give you credit.
2) When you first arrive at the pick-up site, look for your name on the checklist.
a) Cross your name off of the checklist.
b) If your name is NOT on the list, DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING!
c) We only drop off enough boxes, etc. for the people listed. If you take something and you are not on the list, you are taking someone else’s share. Call us and we will find out the reason and work things out.
3) ONLY take what is listed next to your name.
a) This includes making sure of the size box that you are scheduled to pick-up.
b) Also if you ordered any add ons.
c) If your name IS on the list but there is not a correct size left, it is okay to take the other. If your name is on the list, a share has been packed for you, so don’t leave empty handed. Occasionally someone will take the wrong thing, so if there are now boxes left in your size, take the other size and then call us and let us know so that we can work things out.
d) People can also forget to check their names off, so do not assume remaining boxes necessarily map to the number of un-checked boxes on the checklist. If your name is on the list, take a share.
4) If you cannot pick-up your box at the scheduled time:
a) Please call us and we’ll decide what to do with your box.
b) You will be charged the full amount for your missed pick-up.
8) DELIVERY FEE
If you are receiving your harvest box from a pick-up site, there is no delivery fee.
If you request a delivery to your home, based on our schedule and routes, our delivery fee is $10.00
9) RETURN EMPTY BOXES
Please return your empty, flattened box when picking up your next scheduled CSA box.
As stated in section 1) Accepted Forms of Payment, Zucchinixpress or Farmigo do not store or receive any financial data about you, rather we store a “token” with your member ID. At midnight on the day that you are scheduled to have received your CSA box, Farmigo sends this token plus the amount that is due to Authorize.net and then your account is charged.
